Launched in 1993, Sandingo has been based in Gibsons, BC. With her
family of four, she headed south to Mexico with 2 adults and 2 teenage
boys. She spent three years in Mexico, spending summers afely tucked
up in San Carlos. The family spent five adventure-filled months
aboard the first winter, and four the following season with the
boys doing their correspondance schoolwork daily before heading
off for swimming and exploring each day.
She has just been sold by Freedom
Marine and has found a new owner to take her offshore again
where she feels totally safe, happy, fast and easy to handle. She
was designed with single handing in mind and is easy to handle even
with a small crew.
